Sound familiar?

Every tradie boss
knows this pain.

📱
"Did you work Thursday?"
Chasing your lads via WhatsApp every single week trying to piece together who worked where and when.
📋
Paper timesheets that disappear
Left in the van, rained on, or just never handed in. Then it's guesswork at payroll time.
💸
Payroll night is a nightmare
Spreadsheets, calculators, trying to remember who had lunch included — taking hours every fortnight.
⏰
Break deductions done wrong
Manually working out lunch deductions, morning tea, afternoon tea for each person each day.
How it works

Simple as knocking off.

01
Your crew opens the app
On their phone, no download needed. Pick their name, enter their PIN, done.
02
Fill in the day
Start time, finish time, which job site. Breaks are pre-filled — they adjust if needed.
03
Hit submit
Entry goes straight to your admin board. Lunch is automatically deducted from paid hours.
04
You approve & export
Review, approve, click Export. A payroll-ready CSV drops straight into your payroll system. Done.
